Ballet is the classical dance form that is the technical base for most other dance forms. Classes focus on overall core body alignment and awareness with emphasis on proper usage of feet and legs, execution of turnout, and carriage and usage of arms.

Traditional barre work, center work and combinations are included.

Ballet is a formalized performance dance, originating in the Italian Renaissance courts of the 15th century, and was further developed in France, England, and Russia as a concert dance form. This type of dancing is very hard to achieve and takes much practice to master. It is the base on which all other dance instruction flows. In order to be great in any dance form, one must have a solid core of ballet technique
